OSX/OpinionSpy is a Spyware application with HTTP backdoor and file collection/user spying capabilities. It can be delivered as a stand-alone application or downloaded via a dropper/installer [1]. OSX/OpinionSpyA was one of the earliest signatures introduced into XProtect, in version 10.6.7 of Snow Leopard [2].
